1. Information on the collection of personal data and the contact details of the responsible person

1.1 We are pleased that you are using our application (hereinafter "application"). In the following, we inform you about the handling of your personal data provided when using our application. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified.

1.2 According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Zoltán Kovács-Kruzslicz, Pirók Gyula utca 31, Budapest 1202, Hungary, is responsible for data management related to the application. 2. What data do we collect?

2.1 When you contact us (e.g. error report, wish report or e-mail), we collect personal data. The data collected when using the contact form can be seen in the corresponding contact form of the application. We store and use this data solely for the purpose of answering your request or contacting you and the related technical administration. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Article 6 paragraph (1) point f) of the GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for data management is the Civil Code. 6. Paragraph (1) point b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after processing your request. This is the case if it can be concluded from the circumstances that the facts in question have been definitively clarified, provided that there is no storage obligation to the contrary.

2.2 We ONLY collect anonymous analytics information that does NOT contain personally identifiable information. In other words, we do NOT collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. The anonymous information we collect only applies to the activity within the application. We do not collect information about activities in other applications or systems.

2.3 Firebase Analytics: In order to understand the needs of users within the application, we use the "Firebase Analytics" service for usage statistics. This is provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We only measure the use of the application using this method, we do not share the data with third parties. We do not use Firebase Analytics data to display ads or track. The analytical information used here does not containany personal data.

2.4 Firebase Crashlytics: We use "Firebase Crashlytics", a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to provide anonymous crash reports to improve the stability and reliability of our application. If the application crashes, anonymous information is transmitted to Google servers in accordance with Article 6 paragraph (1) point a) of the GDPR (application state at the time of the crash, installation UUID, crash trace, mobile phone manufacturer and operating system, last log messages). Also transfer to Google LLC. It is possible in the United States. This information does not contain any personal information. 3. The Race Training app respects the right to privacy

The time data created in the application (nick name, lap times, best/last times) can only be accessed through this application. This data created in the application is stored exclusively on your device, we do not use a central server database, and if you delete the application, the data will be deleted.
